Conservation & Heritage
We have a particular interest for historic buildings, whether they are listed or not. We joined the RIBA Conservation Register and constantly improve the standards of our service, by staying up-to-date with the latest statutory requirements and technical specifications.
Feasibility Studies
We apply strategic thinking to help our clients to control better their project and budget at an early stage (RIBA stage 2)
Technical Delivery
PRAiA Studio has the skills and expertise to prepare the technical packages for Tender and during Construction. We are able to translate into drawings both traditional and modern building systems.
Contract Administration
As Contract Administrators, we could:

-issue instructions in line with the Building Contract

-maintain hierarchy of responsibility and the lines of communication between the Client, Contractor and other Client Appointments

-certify interim payments

-carry out site inspections to check compliance with the Building Contract and Project Programme

-certify Practical Completion

-deal with snagging and defects at Handover.

Modelling & Visualisation
We support the 3D representation of your projects by preparing either physical models or static and moving imagery.
Building measured survey
PRAiA Studio has the means to complete measured surveys for existing buildings.
