The Brief
A new high-performance 3-bedroom dwelling located within Mendip Hills National Landscape.
The Solution
We proposed a dwelling inspired by traditional architecture in the countryside, with some modernist touches, aiming to open the living area to the garden and picture windows to capture surrounding scenery.
The selection of natural materials like lime render and timber, coupled with the high-performance fabric-first approach with low carbon technologies, represents our understanding of truly sustainable solutions.
